This package includes up to 6 hours of professional coverage perfect for wedding, and milestone events. • Includes a complimentary engagement session to help you feel confident and connected before the big day. 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁: A non-refundable $1.000 deposit (50% of the total package) is required to secure your date. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: The remaining balance of $1.000 is due 30 days prior to your event. Clients may request to pay in monthly installments. Payment schedules must be agreed upon in advance. 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁: Once you submit our contact form, you will receive a welcome email with your session details and payment method options. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: We accept cash, credit card, and digital platforms (e.g., Zelle). 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀: If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on our availability. If we’re unavailable on your new date, the booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the full balance will remain due. The deposit is non-refundable. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 & 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬 Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Las Vegas. Any additional charges will be discussed during the booking process. Overtime: Extra time beyond the 4-hour coverage is available at $500/hour. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Clients are responsible for providing accurate details regarding the venue, timeline, and event logistics. We are not responsible for missed coverage due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, late start times).
