𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Limited to 15 guests max to preserve the intimacy and simplicity of your elopement. Thank you for choosing us to capture this beautiful chapter in your love story! Below are the terms and conditions for booking your Elopement Photography Session. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and memorable experience. 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: A minimum $50% non-refundable deposit required to book; remaining balance due 96 hours before session day. Payments accepted via cash, credit card, or digital platforms (Zelle, etc.). Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: • Rescheduling is allowed with 48+ hours’ notice; a $40 fee will apply. • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the session will also incur a $50 cancellation fee. • All payments are non-refundable due to the limited nature of these sessions. • However, sessions are transferable to a future date (subject to availability) in case of emergencies or unexpected circumstances (weather, illness, etc.). 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀: Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten session time. No extra outfit changes due to time limits. Pets welcome but must be disclosed during booking. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: • Professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered within 10 business days. • Final image count at photographer’s discretion. • Images provided via secure online gallery. 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 & 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲: Photographer retains copyright; clients receive personal use rights. Commercial use prohibited without prior consent. Photographer may use images for promotion unless declined in writing. 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Photographer not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the session. Booking confirms agreement to these terms.
