Thank you for choosing us to document your special day! Below are the terms and conditions for booking our exclusive Bundle 1 packages. Please review carefully to ensure a seamless experience. 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁: A non-refundable 30% deposit of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. Once booked, you will receive a link on the contact form with instructions to pay the remaining balance online or in person. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Cash, credit card, or digital platforms (e.g., Zelle). 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 (5-𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲) $2800 5 hours of coverage by 1 Photographer and 1 Videographer Online gallery with high-resolution photos Custom 12x12 photo album featuring the best moments Professional highlight video with cinematic editing Coverage of the ceremony and toast speeches Bonus: Includes a complimentary engagement session 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀: If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate, based on availability. If we are unavailable on the new date, the deposit will be forfeited, and the booking will be canceled. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: The deposit is non-refundable. If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the full balance will remain due. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 & 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬 Travel fees may apply for events held outside our local area. Additional costs will be communicated during the booking process. 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: Additional hours beyond the package coverage will be charged at $300/hour. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Clients must provide accurate event details (venue, timeline, etc.). We are not liable for delays or missed moments due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, etc.). 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
