Each session includes professionally edited, high-resolution images—perfect for preserving moments that last a lifetime. POLICY
Thank you for choosing us to capture your special moments! Below are the terms and conditions for booking your Mini Family Photo Session. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Payment in full required to book. Payments accepted via cash, credit card, or digital platforms (Zelle, etc.). Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Rescheduling is allowed with 48+ hours' notice; a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Weather or unforeseen issues will be accommodated with a new date. 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀: Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten session time. No outfit changes due to time limits. Pets welcome but must be disclosed during booking. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: • Professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered within 1-3 weeks. • Final image count at photographer’s discretion. • Images provided via secure online gallery. 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 & 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲: Photographer retains copyright; clients receive personal use rights. Commercial use prohibited without prior consent. Photographer may use images for promotion unless declined in writing. 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Photographer not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the session.
