Deposit: A non-refundable 30% deposit of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation link with instructions on how to pay the remaining balance online or in person. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your elopement date. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit card, or digital payments (e.g., Zelle). • Photo & Video Coverage – $500 per hour • Up to 60 high-quality images per hour • Cinematic Video Highlight Film– Relive the magic in motion • Highlight videos of key moments throughout the day • Private Online Gallery – Easily view, download & share your memories • Custom Wooden USB Drive – A timeless keepsake of your day 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 & 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Date Changes: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. If we are unavailable on your new date, the deposit will be forfeited, and the booking will be canceled. Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable. If canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the full balance remains due. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 & 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀 Travel Fees: Events outside Las Vegas city limits will incur additional travel fees, which will be communicated during the booking process. Overtime Rate: Additional hours beyond the booked coverage will be charged at $300 per hour. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Clients must provide accurate event details (location, timeline, etc.). We are not liable for delays or missed moments due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or unforeseen incidents).
